Buying Property Abroad
Compare the complete commitment
An overseas purchase combines a property decision with unfamiliar law, administration, taxes and long-term management.

Use independent checks
Check ownership forms, the land register, planning status, purchase costs, financing, currency exposure and recurring charges together. A home suitable for personal stays may be difficult to rent or manage from another country.
Contracts, powers of attorney and registry extracts should be understandable and reviewed independently before signing. Verify access, utilities, boundaries and the building condition on site. Rental permissions and tax treatment belong to the specific property and jurisdiction.
