The recent sovereign state of the earth in South-East Europe offers many tourist highlights and a varied landscape panorama. Away from the mass tourism Montenegro combines all the advantages of a modern holiday destination.
The capital of Montenegro Podgorica is rather young and it is already open for the world. In the old city the mosques remind of the long Ottoman rule. There is a sight not far from the metropolis of Montenegro that attracts countless pilgrims to the mountains from all over the world. The Ostrog monastery was built in 1665 in a rock niche.

An experienced climber can climb on it within 5 hours.
