Écully is particularly appealing where paths wind through wooded stream landscapes: the Circuit du ruisseau des Planches is 11.1 km long and leads through the wooded valleys of the Serres and Planches streams to Dardilly.

Nature
The Circuit du Val de Serres is 8.5 km long. The themed trail Sentier thématique du Bois de Serres is 3.8 km long and takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The Bois de Serres covers 160 hectares of woodland and streams. It is home to 106 bird species, 15 reptile and amphibian species, and 14 mammal species. The Sentier thématique du Bois de Serres allows walkers to discover the wildlife and plant life of the valleys to the west of Lyon.
The Bois de Serres has a circular route designed for people with reduced mobility.
The Vallon de Serres was classified as a remarkable scenic landscape in September 2020, together with the Vallons de l’Ouest lyonnais.
Culture and History
The Jardin de la Condamine covers 6,000 m² and was redesigned in 2010. Since the 18th century, all village festivals have been held there.
The Église Saint-Blaise was consecrated by Cardinal de Bonald on 26 October 1846. It is designed in the Romano-Byzantine style; its nave is illuminated by ten stained-glass windows.
The Balades historiques d’Écully offer a map and a printed topoguide that allow visitors to discover the commune’s historic buildings on foot.
La Greysolière, including the nymphaeum, was fully added to the list of Monuments historiques by decree of 30 November 1992. It preserves characteristic Renaissance architectural elements, including mullioned windows and staircases that have regained their original appearance.
