Englancourt combines historic buildings, religious traditions and scenic landscapes in the Oise Valley. Among its notable landmarks is the Château de la Plesnoye manor house, built in 1665. Its façades and roofs have been partially protected as a historic monument since 14 October 1985. Culture and history
The fortified Église Saint-Nicolas d’Englancourt was built in brick over the choir in the 1580s. It is accessed via a staircase within the thickness of the wall; the church has no bell tower, and its keep is located in the choir.
Following the renovation work that began in December 2023, the restored Église d’Englancourt was inaugurated on a Saturday, 27 September.
The Fontaine de Saint-Algis is also associated with a religious tradition: Saint Algis is said to have rested there in the 7th century, and on the eve of the Feast of the Ascension, the Rogation procession stopped at the spring. The water was attributed with healing powers; mothers immersed their children there to give them health and strength, and the water is also said to have healed many sick people.

The Belvédère d’Englancourt can be reached via a short walk around the church and a detour to a viewpoint overlooking the green Oise Valley. The Route Touristique de la Vallée de l’Oise is a tourist road route with a recommended stop in Englancourt.
The route from Guise to Englancourt leads to the village of Englancourt, situated on a hilltop, where experienced cyclists can enjoy a panorama. Along this route, the Oise meanders between meadows through a preserved bocage landscape; very beautiful fortified churches are also highlighted there.

The Abbaye de Foigny, a building classified as an abbey, is located in the vicinity of Englancourt. The wider region around Englancourt is also home to the historic sites of Abbaye de Bohéries, Abbaye de Montreuil les Dames and Abbaye Notre-Dame de Fervaques.
