Cierrey: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Cierrey is situated on the plateau at the edge of the Eure Valley. The 38 km mountain biking route “Randonnée de Cierrey 2017” begins in Haut Cierrey and follows a balcony-like path above the Eure Valley. It can be used year-round; caution is advised during the hunting season.

Trails and Events
Cierrey’s cycling section includes hikes of around 10 kilometres offered on Sunday mornings, as well as a women’s cycling group. On Sunday, 13 September 2026, the 27th Randonnée de la Pommeraie will also take place in Cierrey.
The Foire à tout de la Pommeraie is scheduled for the second weekend of July.
Culture and History
The parish of Cierrey is under the patronage of the apostle Saint James. The chapel in the cemetery, built in 1863, replaced the former 12th-century Saint James Church.
The fief of Cierrey was incorporated into the County of Évreux in 1409.
Local Mobility
Cierrey is served by the taxi bus of Grand Evreux Agglomération. The service serves municipalities that are not connected to the Trans Urbain bus network.
