Culture and History
The Église Saint Paterne in nearby Saint-Pair-du-Mont was largely built in the 13th century. Its tower contains a bell from the former church of Saint-Laurent-du-Mont, which was demolished during the Revolution; the bell bears the year 1780. The Église also preserves a highly Baroque wooden tabernacle from the former church of Saint-Laurent-du-Mont.
