In the church of Notre-Dame-de-Livaye, the pair of paintings depicting Saint John and the Virgin dates from the 17th century; it was restored in 2006. The side altars and retables also date from the 17th century. The northern side altar dates from the 18th century, while its painting dates from the 19th century.
The image of Christ in Glory on the crossbeam may date from the late Middle Ages and has preserved its original polychromy.
In the immediate vicinity of Notre-Dame-de-Livaye are Château du Mont-à-la-Vigne and Château de la Houblonnière. In the surrounding area are the historic site of Abbaye du Val-Richer and Château de Canon.
