The Site du Billot in L’Oudon (Montpinçon) is a seven-hectare park with children's playgrounds. It has numerous hiking and mountain biking trails and offers an exceptional panoramic view over the Vve Valley and the plains of Falaise and Caen. The route „Panorama sur l’Oudon“ starts at the Site du Billot; the car park is located in the town centre.

Culture

The cylinder organ in the Église Sainte Croix in L’Oudon (Montpinçon) is classified as a Monument historique. The interior is entirely fitted with wood panelling, and the cylinder organ is still functional today.

The Église Saint Martin in L’Oudon (Saint-Martin-de-Fresnay) has a choir that was remodelled in the 19th century. Some parts of the nave may date back to the 13th century. A Crucifixion painting dated 1557 is considered to be the work of Maarten van Heemskerck.

History and architecture

One construction phase of the Manoir du Homme in L’Oudon (Saint-Martin-de-Fresnay) dates back to the 15th century. The stone gable and the main building date from the 17th century. Visitors can view the Manoir du Homme exclusively from the outside.

The Manoir de la Roque in Montpinçon is an authentic example of regional half-timbered architecture.
