The Abbaye Saint-Martin de Mondaye is a Premonstratensian monastery located in the territory of the French commune of Juaye-Mondaye in the Calvados department of the Normandy region. The church and monastery form a Neoclassical ensemble built by Eustache Restout in the 18th century. The partially protected Château de Juaye includes the façades and roofs, including the two external staircases with their balustrade, the staircase with its wrought-iron railing, the vestibule, and the grey and green salons on the ground floor with their furnishings.

History

The Church of Saint-Vigor is located above the village of Juaye; its choir is believed to date from the 11th or 12th century. In the 18th century, the church was modified as part of the Counter-Reformation and abandoned towards the end of the 19th century.
