In 1991/92, Christian Drouin moved production to a 17th-century farmhouse in Coudray-Rabut near Pont-l'Évêque. The Christian Drouin cider house and distillery is open for visits all year round from Monday to Saturday.

The Église Saint-Pierre de Coudray-Rabut is dedicated to Saint Peter. Its northern side tower dates back at least to the 13th century. In the side walls of its nave, the church features well-preserved herringbone masonry, shallow buttresses and figurative corbels.

The Manoir du Coudray comprises residential and agricultural buildings from several periods. It originally consisted of a small rectangular residential building dating from the first quarter of the 16th century.

Cuisine and Nature

Le Pré-verger is a restaurant and crêperie in the center of the Christian Drouin Calvados estate. It serves Norman galettes and crêpes made with organic flour from Normandy.

The Le Pré-verger grounds combine a pasture and a high-stem orchard for cider production. Le Pré-verger also forms a diverse ecosystem of wildflowers, hedges and aromatic plants.
