The church of Cahagnes was designed by the Swiss modernist architect Hermann Baur. After its destruction during the fighting in 1944, it was rebuilt between 1962 and 1966. Including the sacristy and the bell tower campanile, it is fully protected as a Monument historique; it was registered by decree dated 8 July 2010.

The Château d’Aubigny visible today was extensively rebuilt at the beginning of the 17th century on the site of an older 15th-century manor house. Its origins probably date back to between the 13th and 14th centuries. The Château d’Aubigny is privately owned and is officially listed in the supplementary inventory of historic monuments.

Les étangs de la Vallée de Craham is an 11-hectare wooded natural area in Cahagnes. A fitness trail is located near the ponds of the Vallée de Craham. At the Étangs de la Vallée de Craham, there is also a shaded walking path and the option of having an organised picnic at the chalet.
