Culture
Bons-Tassilly is home to the Catholic Church of Saint-Quentin in Tassilly. The Église Saint-Quentin de Tassilly in Bons-Tassilly is listed as a historic monument; this protection was established by a decree dated 19 September 1928.
The château was probably built in 1664 for the Turgot family. The central section of the château was destroyed shortly before 1860, and the château's French garden has disappeared.
History
Bons-Tassilly was created in 1854 through the merger of Bons and Tassilly. During the Battle of Normandy, Bons-Tassilly was affected by Operation Tractable. One of its aims was to support the advance of Canadian and Polish troops in liberating Falaise. 108 aircraft and 433 tonnes of bombs destroyed almost the entire village of Bons-Tassilly.

Neolithic polishing stones are recorded at the La Brèche au Diable site near Bons-Tassilly. Visitors to La Brèche au Diable can park in the car park of the church in Soumont-Saint-Quentin.
