History
The Château de Bonneville-sur-Touques was a residence of the Dukes of Normandy and later of the Anglo-Norman kings. The Tour de Robert le Diable survives from the complex in its full height of 12 metres. The remains of the Château de Bonneville-sur-Touques are located at the end of a spur that overlooks the lower Touques Valley to the east. In addition to the Tour de Robert le Diable, part of the adjoining curtain wall has also survived.

The Lavoir de Bonneville-sur-Touques can be explored on foot or by bicycle. Its roof has a unique form in the area, is made of slate, and is surrounded by gutters. Due to its form and architecture, the lavoir is known as a “halle”-type washhouse.
