In Westrehem stands the Église Saint-Joseph, a rural brick church with a single-nave layout, choir and a wooden roof turret in neoclassical design. It was built in 1871. Its furnishings include a 19th-century statue of the Virgin Mary with the Christ Child and a painted Stations of the Cross.

The Chapelle du Cœur-Immaculé-de-Marie de Westrehem was also built in 1871, but in the Gothic Revival style. The rectangular building is made of white stone and stands on a brick base. The chapel was commissioned by Sophie Bellet and her husband François Tabart.

In the vicinity of Westrehem are the archaeological site Site archéologique de Thérouanne and the monastery Abbaye Saint Benoît de Ham-en-Artois.

Hiking and landscapes

The Sentier des Morins is a marked hiking trail from Thérouanne to Delettes. The trail is approximately 14 km long and takes around three and a half hours.

On the Sentier des Morins, hikers can see the hamlet Hameau de Saint-Jean after passing Delettes and Westrehem. The Saint-Jean-au-Mont Abbey formerly stood at the site where the hamlet is located today.
