Culture
The Neuve-Chapelle Indian Memorial is the only monument on the Western Front dedicated specifically to the soldiers and workers from colonial India who died or went missing during the First World War. It commemorates 4,847 soldiers who fought on the Western Front during the First World War. The monument is made of white stone by Sir Herbet Baker and features a design inspired by Indian architecture. It is located at the junction of the RD 947 and RD 171 in Richebourg-l'Avoué.

The Notre-Dame de Fatima Chapel is located opposite the Portuguese Military Cemetery. The cemetery is the resting place of 1,831 soldiers and is considered the only memorial site commemorating Portugal's involvement in the First World War. It also brings together the remains transferred from various cemeteries in France, Belgium and Germany. The chapel was built in 1976 in memory of Portuguese soldiers who suffered during the German offensive in April 1918.
History
The first church in Richebourg was a Romanesque church built in the 12th century. Located in the frontline area, Richebourg church was completely destroyed during the First World War; reconstruction began in 1922, and the building was inaugurated in May 1925. Richebourg church has 22 narrative stained-glass windows signed by the stained-glass artist Emile Janaud.
The Saint-Vaast Post Military Cemetery is the resting place of numerous soldiers of the Royal Sussex Regiment, who have lain there since 30 June 1916, the date of the so-called Battle of the Boar's Head.
Every year, on the first or second Saturday in April, a Franco-Portuguese memorial ceremony commemorating the Battle of the Lys takes place at the Portuguese Military Cemetery in Richebourg.

The Le Touret Military Cemetery and Memorial is a stop on the “The Front” route in the “Paths of Memory 14-18” network in Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
The “14-18, a Worldwide Conflict” route begins at the Champs de mémoire du Bas-Pays motorhome parking area on Rue de la Briqueterie in Richebourg. The themed cycle route “14-18, a Worldwide Conflict” can also be travelled by car.
