Acq is home to Artesian farmsteads with square courtyards dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The village’s architectural heritage is characterized above all by white-stone buildings with sandstone bases. Some farmsteads are still in operation, while others have been converted into living spaces. The Church of Saint Géry is a prominent landmark in Acq.
Acq’s municipal cemetery contains a military section. It is the burial place of 204 civilian and military victims of the two conflicts. An archaeological find also points to the history of the village: a Drag. 37-type bowl was found in Pit 1 in Acq.
