The Louis XVI Pavilion in Saint-André-lez-Lille was classified as a Historic Monument by a decree dated 30 July 1921. Château Vandame was built between 1887 and 1890 as a spacious residence with a turret and a tree-filled park opposite Saint-André Town Hall.

Festivals and Exercise
The Semi-marathon de la solidarité has been held in Saint-André every April for several years and is organised by the association of the same name. It offers four races that are accessible to both beginners and experienced runners.
The Lantern Festival, celebrated in the Lille metropolitan area in October, includes an annual competition for the most beautiful lantern. During the festival, children then parade through the town's streets and receive sweets; it ends with a fireworks display.
