The Forêt de Buzet shapes the surroundings of Paulhac as a departmental forest extending across the first two alluvial terraces of the Tarn River. The forest offers the public a space for relaxation and leisure, including outdoor activities, while preserving its ecological richness.

Culture and History
The Church of Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption occupies a central position in Paulhac's original settlement structure, known as a “circulade”. It was recently extensively renovated inside and out. An object belonging to the church is listed as a historic monument.
Since 1945, a commemorative ceremony has been held there once a year in honour of those who fell. The war memorial, Le monument aux morts, is also part of the historic townscape. It was erected in 1920, at the end of the First World War, to commemorate the fighters who died for France. An information board about the heritage is located on site.
