The Église Sainte-Apollonie is protected as a historic monument; this protection covers the side portal and the murals by Bernadi and Pradal. At the same time, it is a small rural church in the Lauragais, built in the 16th century and restored and vaulted in the 19th century. On 11 August 2026, the church was closed due to construction work; the Sainte-Apollonie celebration on 22 August was therefore exceptionally moved to the Église Saint-André.

The Moulin d’En Touret is a stone-built tower windmill with two pairs of millstones. The privately owned historic site can only be viewed from the outside. There is also a miniature mill nearby, built by the miller in 1911. The AURIN–Castelvert stop can be reached from the Moulin d’En Touret in less than 30 minutes on foot and is served by the Revel–Caraman–Toulouse line.

The Centre Equestre d'Aurin offers riding lessons for children, teenagers and adults.

The program includes annual courses, individual bookings, training courses and Sunday events. Horse rides, riding tours, lessons from beginner to advanced level, dressage, show jumping, eventing, vaulting, games and pony games are also offered, as well as preparation for and taking federal examinations.

Nature

Le Papillon d’Aurin leads from Sainte-Apollonie towards Lac de Saint-Sernin, along the lakeshore to the Ball Trap and then back via a farm. The route is specified as 10.4 km long and taking 2.5 hours.

The “Rando 7km200” hike is 7.2 km long and takes around two hours. By extending it along the Saune, it can be lengthened to a total of 12 to 13 km.
