Les Angles: Holiday Apartments and Houses
Les Angles combines the character of a holiday resort and ski resort with its location in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Nature Park. The ski area lies at an altitude of 1,600 to 2,400 metres, covers 55 kilometres of slopes and has an elevation difference of 800 metres.

Nature and History
A hike through the Forêt de la Matte is very easy, around 6 kilometres long and takes approximately two hours. It leads through a forest of Scots pine and regularly runs along the shore of Lac de Matemale.
The Église Saint-Michel preserves Romanesque stonework; the apse, a Lombard arcade frieze, dentil friezes and the façade can still be seen. The Porte-Tour des Angles is the most important surviving remnant of the medieval castle from which the present-day village developed.
Winter Sports
The snow park in the Les Angles ski area is primarily designed for freestyle. Lou Bac Mountain features a monorail toboggan run with a 2,000-metre descent, an elevation difference of 430 metres and a maximum speed of 42 km/h. Its route winds through the forest; the descents reach gradients of up to 70 per cent. Lou Bac Mountain can be reached via the Les Pèlerins gondola lift.
Mountain Lift and Trails
The Les Pèlerins gondola lift takes passengers from the village of Les Angles to the Plateau de Bigorre at an altitude of 2,100 metres. The Plateau de Bigorre is the starting point for numerous hikes and is accessible to everyone.
The themed trail “À la découverte de l’antre des mystères” leads to a hidden wetland in the forest of Les Angles and features explanatory panels. The balneotherapy and wellness areas include whirlpool beds, saunas and a hammam.
Cycling
The Les Angles Bike Park has nine downhill tracks with five levels of difficulty or experience. It offers 500 metres of elevation difference and 30 kilometres of trails for all levels. A green beginner trail leads through the undergrowth and features bridges and picnic areas.
Water and Sailing
The Club Nautique L’Ourson organises weekly sailing courses for Optimist dinghies, catamarans and windsurfing. It also offers pedal boating, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, as well as sailing in 420 and Caravelle dinghies.
