The abbey church of Saint-Thibéry was rebuilt in the Gothic style in the 15th century. It features polychrome marble, as well as woodwork and choir stalls from the 18th century. The Benedictine abbey is protected as a historical monument.

Culture and history
The fort site of Saint-Thibéry contains evidence of continuous settlement from the 5th century BC through the Middle Ages. Saint-Thibéry – le Fort is designated as an open-air archaeological site; the area surrounding the site is accessible. Guided tours of Saint-Thibéry’s historical heritage are offered throughout the year. A digital application developed in 2022 supports the discovery of the Pont de Saint-Thibéry.
The Pont Vieux in Saint-Thibéry was built in 1575 and repaired in 1742 after being damaged by flooding of the Thongue. The so-called Pont dite « romaine » in Saint-Thibéry is a medieval bridge on the Via Domitia, built along a pilgrimage route. The Moulin à bled in Saint-Thibéry is a medieval grain mill. The tower of Saint-Thibéry was built in 1509 by Jean IV du Puy.
Landscape
Les Orgues Basaltiques in Saint-Thibéry were formed around 650,000 years ago through the cooling of a lava flow during an eruption of the Monts Ramus volcanoes. At Les Orgues Basaltiques, a walk offers a 360° panorama of the Espinouse Mountains, the foothills of the Larzac, Mont Ramus and the surrounding villages.
Leisure and the annual cycle
Pédalo-Rail® in Saint-Thibéry is a leisure activity lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes for families or friends on the former railway line from Saint-Thibéry to Pézenas. The total route is 6 km, consisting of 3 km outbound and 3 km return. The Saint-Thibéry jazz festival takes place every summer around mid-August.
