The Transequestre equestrian route crosses the municipality of Octon via Mas de Clergues. The Grande traversée VTT (CD34) also passes through the Octon area, via Mas de Clergues.

Château de Lauzières has been listed as a historic monument since 14 December 1942. The foundations of Château de Lauzières are probably older than the year 1000.
