The Chapelle Notre-Dame in Lagamas was built around 1680 by the inhabitants of the hamlet. Its simple rectangular basilical layout comprises a single-nave body and a full-round barrel vault. The most important furnishing is a stone statue of the Virgin Mary, which presumably dates from the 17th century.

The parish church of Notre-Dame-de-la-Garrigue, or Notre-Dame de la Très Sainte Vierge, stands on a hill north of Lagamas and is surrounded by vineyards. The historic suspension bridge is also part of the town’s built heritage. It was built in 1899 by Teste-Moret from Lyon and crosses the Hérault on the D9. The Château de Pierrefont was built in 1863 in the Neuré-Louis XV style, with a fountain and park.

The Siphon de Lagamas is a structure belonging to the Canal de Gignac and is considered unique throughout the entire Vallée de l’Hérault. In the town, Domaine Alain Chabanon welcomes visitors on Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Lagamas is one of the 26 municipalities affected by the Gorges de l’Hérault Natura 2000 site. The peaks of Mont Saint-Baudille - Seranne, Pioch de Roquebrune - Seranne, Puech Boissou and Roc de la Vigne are located in the surroundings of Lagamas.

The Abbaye de Gellone church is located in the surroundings of Lagamas. In the wider regional area are the historic site of Sainte-Marie de Valmagne, the historic site of Abbaye du Vignogoul and the Carré Sainte-Anne museum.
