The Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption church in Babeau was built in 1772 and replaced the Notre Dame des Aires chapel. It has a wide nave flanked on each side by two chapels, as well as a semicircular choir. The present façade and bell tower are said to have been rebuilt in 1923.
