Les Barralets is a very easy, 6.5-kilometre, two-hour circular walk in Assignan. The route passes through garrigue and stands of kermes oak and mastic shrubs, which are characteristic of Mediterranean landscapes. It follows a dry limestone plateau and offers panoramic views of the Donnadieu and Babeau-Bouldoux valleys.
The Les Barralets hiking route is less than a ten-minute walk from the ASSIGNAN – CENTRE bus stop. It is served by the “Corresp. Ets Béziers/Marché St Chinian” connection.
