Nature and Trails
The Camerolle hiking route is easy, 9.1 km long, has an elevation difference of 31 m, and has a stated duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Its starting point is at the foot of the Church of Saint-Privat and the Monument du Souvenir.
A shaded section along the Rigole de Saint-Privé passes wild areas, gardens and the pond. Along the way, the Parcours des Amis d'Harpignies displays around 20 reproductions of paintings by Henri Harpignies.
Culture and History
The Church of Saint-Privat was rebuilt around 1420–1440 after being largely destroyed during the Hundred Years' War and was completed around 1530–1540. Inside, there is a stained-glass window created by Joseph Vantillard depicting Saint Henri rescuing the inhabitants of Troye in Italy.
The washhouse of Saint-Privé is also part of the local history: it was covered during the Second Empire.
