The Église Saint-Prix-Saint-Cot in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux combines Gothic and Renaissance elements. It includes a 13th-century tower and a 16th-century choir. The church building also features a Renaissance portal, which has been classified as a historic monument since 28 January 1960 and can be seen while walking through the village streets. Two historic gates have been preserved and remain visible on either side of Rue Bienvenu-Martin.

The Caves Bailly-Lapierre are located within the municipality of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in a former quarry, more than 50 metres underground. The Grottes d'Arcy cave is also located in the wider regional area around Saint-Bris-le-Vineux.
