Culture
The Église paroissiale de l'Assomption was rebuilt from 1830 to 1842 under the significant influence of the last Marquis of Louvois. It is located in the upper part of the village and has a rectangular layout with a chapel projecting to the left of the choir.
The Chapelle Saint-Georges lies within the cemetery enclosure. It faces south and has a rectangular layout with a single-bay nave and a single-bay choir; both are covered by ribbed vaults. The chapel was built at the end of the 15th or beginning of the 16th century, was later remodelled and has partially fallen into disrepair.
The wayside cross Croix de chemin was erected by the municipality in 1845 and restored in 1868 and 1933. It stands at the edge of the C.D. 118, immediately after the bridge over the Armançon, in the direction of the road to Lézinnes and Ancy-le-Franc.
History
The castle, which is now used as a residence, was built at the beginning of the 14th century, destroyed in the 16th century, probably rebuilt towards the end of that century and remodelled in the 19th century. Its rear opens onto a sloping terrace above the Armançon valley; on the C.V. 118 road, it is bounded by a retaining wall.
The cemetery of Pacy-sur-Armançon is partially listed as a historic monument.
River and buildings
The Pont sur l'Armançon is a bridge probably dating from the 17th century; its parapet appears to have been renewed in the 19th century. It has eight semicircular arches of varying widths. The first two arches on the village side span the mill channel, which flows back into the river downstream.
