Culture
The present parish church of Saint-Léger was built in 1853 on the same site after the previous church was destroyed by fire on 16 April 1852. It was consecrated on 5 September 1854. This Neo-Romanesque church has an elongated floor plan, an apse, a nave, two side chapels forming the transept, and seven bays. The parish church of Saint-Léger also houses a statue of Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde.
Opus Gothique offers guided tours by prior appointment. The Château de Saint-Léger dates from the 16th century and was rebuilt in the 18th century. The Château de Saint Léger de Fougeret comprises a château and a side wing, both dating from the 17th century, as well as outbuildings, a gardener's house, a dovecote, an entrance gate, a park, and a garden.
