A 20-kilometre cycle route runs from Champvert to Saint-Hilaire-Fontaine and shares its route with the EuroVelo 6. On the right bank, a hiking trail allows you to walk along the Réserve Naturelle Régionale de la Loire Bourguignonne. At the Thareau site, there is a launch and landing point on the Loire for canoes and kayaks.

At Port Thareau, the Circuit Loire nature circular route follows the long-distance hiking trail GR 3® for approximately 3.5 kilometres.
