The Église Saint-Nazaire et Saint-Celse de Moraches has been listed as a historic monument since 1926. It was built and restored at the beginning of the 16th century in the Flamboyant Gothic style; wall paintings were uncovered and enhanced inside. Moraches is located on the Départementale 5 between Corbigny and Brinon-sur-Beuvron.

Culture
The Puits de Mavé has an unusual recess in the upper section of the well shaft, which was intended to allow women fetching water to avoid having to lift a full bucket. The round stone well has a stone support for the lifting mechanism, a roof made from a single stone block, and a crank and drum that are still in place. A stone watering trough for livestock is located beside it. The Puits de Mavé is situated at a road junction at the entrance to the hamlet of Mavé, coming from the Départementale 5.
The Croix de Mavé consists of a cube-shaped stone block on a two-tiered pyramid-shaped stone base. At the top, it bears a wrought-iron cross with a head depicted in its centre, representing the Lord. The Croix de Mavé bears the inscription “O Cross, protect our lives, bless our death” from 1858; the base is surrounded by four stone posts, and a stone basin is located in front of the stele. The Croix de Mavé stands in the centre of the village of Moraches at a crossroads.
As part of the European Heritage Days, free admission to the Église Saint-Nazaire et Saint-Celse de Moraches was offered; an additional guided tour was scheduled for Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
Nature
The Pelouses du Plateau du Beuvron near Brinon-sur-Beuvron and Moraches are of considerable conservation interest for butterfly populations. They lie on a limestone plateau clearly traversed by the valleys of the Yonne, Beuvron and Armance, as well as by numerous deeply incised dry valleys.
