Culture

The Château de Saugny is one of Gâcogne’s 16th-century castles.

The present-day Church of Saint-Pierre-lès-Liens in Gâcogne is built in the Neo-Romanesque style, was constructed between 1871 and 1875, and has an accessible crypt beneath the ambulatory. In the 19th century, it was rebuilt after an earlier church that probably dated from the 12th century. A key for visiting the church is available from the town hall.

History
