The main construction phase of the Église de Saint-Christoly-Médoc is dated to the 12th century. Its two apsidioles were listed as historic monuments by decree of 21 December 1925.

Wine and estates

The third stage of the Chemin d'Amadour from Saint-Christoly-Médoc to Pauillac begins at the small Port de Saint-Christoly-Médoc. This third stage follows a path along the Gironde estuary.
Geographical setting
Château Tour Castillon is located in Saint-Christoly-Médoc on the banks of the Gironde estuary.
The Port de Saint-Christoly-Médoc has existed since 1848 and has 10 pontoons as well as 10 berths for passing boats. Historically, fishermen and businesses involved in transporting goods used the port to transport items such as barrels, sulphur, stone and wood. Today, the Port de Saint-Christoly-Médoc is suitable for organising the Festival des Talents Médocains.
