The Église Saint-Hilaire de Rimons is a listed historic monument. The protection also covers the former nave, which serves as the wine cellar of the rectory. The listing was made by decree on 21 November 1925. The church has two naves; the former nave is also used as a hall for various activities, including art exhibitions. The village also features a municipal washhouse in the public area of the village centre.

There are several climbing areas in Rimons. The La Petite Chaumette climbing sector has six routes up to five metres high, with difficulty grades ranging from 5c to 6b. The Falaises de Rimons climbing area is located in a former limestone quarry.
The La Séguraude climbing area has hiking trails and several picnic areas. The climbing wall there has 24 routes up to eight metres high, with difficulty grades ranging from 4b to 6b. Both unassisted and supervised climbing are possible at the La Séguraude climbing wall.
Nature and Trails
A very accessible circular hiking trail in Rimons leads through the Bois de la Sainte-Emilionne. Below the church of Rimons, there is also a landscaped and shaded rest area.

Rimons has a farm restaurant specialising in the rearing of ducks for meat. The farm restaurant is open all year round.
