The “Boucle du Moron et de Lafosse-Pugnac” circular hike is connected to the hiking trails leading towards Saint-Savin. It passes through the village of Lafosse and then continues past the Saint-Urbain Chapel.

Culture

The Église Saint-Sulpice de Lafosse in Pugnac is classified as a historic monument; it was officially listed by decree of 3 March 2009.

The parish church of Lafosse has a Romanesque core dating from the 11th century. It was an Augustinian priory affiliated with the Abbey of Saint-Vincent de Bourg and is listed in the inventory of historic monuments.

The origin of the Saint-Urbain Chapel is traditionally attributed to a man named Michel Urbain.

The Saint-Urbain Chapel was a much-visited pilgrimage site. On 25 May, a mass and a fair were held there in the surrounding meadows.
