The former port of Caudrot lies in a bend of the river; a path runs above the quays. The “Boucle de Caudrot et Sainte-Foy-la-Longue” route offers views of the Garonne bend from the heights near Caudrot. From the port, the confluence of the Dropt and the Garonne can be seen; the port is accessible via Rue du Port. Visitors to the Embouchure du Dropt can use a car park in Caudrot town centre.

Culture

The Église Saint-Christophe in Caudrot contains architectural elements dating from the 11th century. In the baptistery, figurative capitals can be seen that may belong to the former priory.

Part of the route of the “Boucle de Caudrot et Sainte Foy la Longue” near Caudrot has been preserved with old paving stones, giving it the appearance of an ancient Roman road.
