Culture
The local cultural heritage includes four old washhouses on the Ciron, one of which dates from the 14th century. The Church of Saint Martin in Bommes dates from the 12th century and was rebuilt in 1840. Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey is a former manor house dating from the 14th century that was remodelled in the 17th and 19th centuries and has preserved part of its crenellated enclosure with round towers.

Château La Tour Blanche houses a school for viticulture and oenology. By appointment, Château Sigalas Rabaud offers expert tours and private tastings with the owners.

The recommended cycling route “Boucle vélo – Sauternes 1855” runs through the municipalities of Sauternes, Bommes, Preignac and Fargues de Langon. Château de Rayne Vigneau offers the experience “Sauternes en Trottinettes électriques” for €77 per person.
