Save the booking confirmation, address, directions, contact details, payment record, cancellation terms and key-handover instructions. Confirm the dates, guests, included services, additional charges, parking and latest arrival time. Compare the equipment list with what the group needs. Plan the final route, parking, public transport, ferry or transfer. Keep the arrival contact available and agree what happens after a delay. On arrival, check the keys, rooms, equipment, heating or cooling, utilities, safety points and any visible damage. Report discrepancies promptly and keep written evidence.
