At the Casa Suíça complex, Frialp Queijaria e Chocolataria preserves and shares the Swiss art of making cheese and chocolate. Swiss traditions are therefore represented in Nova Friburgo both in the cultural context of the city’s history and in a dedicated setting centered on cheese and chocolate.
