When comparing a holiday apartment in Orba, you can consider travel dates, room category and cancellation conditions separately. This keeps the decision clear, while history, ceramics and routes to fountains remain visible as separate themes that can be weighted differently when planning each day. The historic buildings, the ceramics collection and the route to fountains and washhouses represent different daily rhythms: along the cultural trails, names and periods matter, while on the route, distance, elevation gain and the sequence of the stations mentioned serve as concrete points of comparison for planning the day.
Culture and History
The Iglesia Parroquial del Nacimiento del Señor was built on the site of an earlier mosque; its present appearance dates from alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries.
The Castillo de Orba, also known as Castillo de Awraba or El Castellet, is considered an asset of special cultural interest (Bien de Interés Cultural). It was conquered in 1245, is a building from the Islamic period and was part of the Baronía de Pego. The ruins of the Castillo de Orba still include low wall remains and one side of the rectangular main tower.
The Casa Señorial was built in the 16th century by the barons of Orba at the time. It formerly contained several areas, including a prison, an oil mill, a press and stables.
Ceramics and Crafts
At the Casa Señorial, you can visit the Colección Museográfica de Alfarería del Ayuntamiento de Orba, also known as the Museu del Fang; there, you can learn how jugs, storage vessels and other pieces were made by craftsmen from Orba.
The Museu del Fang preserves the pottery heritage of Orba and Orbeta and recalls the ceramics trade as a traditional occupation of the municipality since the end of the 17th century. Its permanent exhibition includes pieces from more than 40 private donations and loans.
Activities such as guided tours and workshops in factories are offered in connection with the Museu del Fang.

Nature and Trails
The Ruta de les Fonts d'Orba is a hiking trail with a low difficulty level. It is 4.28 km long, has 113 m of positive elevation gain and takes an estimated 1 hr 27 min.
The trail leads to the fountains and washhouses of Orba, including La Fonteta d’Orbeta, la font de Dalt, la font de les Raboses, la font dels Caus, la font de Xopera and Llavador i font de Baix. The combination of distance, elevation gain and estimated duration helps compare different options for planning each day.
From the Castillo de Orba, there is a view over fields with citrus, almond and olive trees.
