The Church of the Ascension is located in the Stanitsa Anapskaya area of the resort town of Anapa. The stanitsa’s cultural center is also connected with local cultural history: the «Akvarel» dance ensemble was founded there in 1995.

The offering also includes a wine storage facility in the Soviet Union mosaic style.
