Access

The Muzeul Satului Hațegan can be reached from Hațeg via DN 68 to Totești and then via DJ 687G. Casa Vulcanilor is located 3 km from the Biserica Sf. Nicolae din Densuș in the direction of the village of Ștei. The final approach to Casa Vulcanilor leads 300 m uphill from the main road along a moderately difficult forest path.

The Geopark’s Drumul Vulcanilor is a 26 km route through Hațeg, Densuș, Ștei, and Peșteana.
