Perhaps, you will hardly ever find such a landscape diversity as it is in Romania. And even though Romania is still considered to be the country which has everything for a modern vacation, there are still the regions where people still follow the old Romanian customs and traditions. Such villages are mostly located in the North of Romania. However, if you do not want to refuse from the comfort you used to, you can stay either at a hotel or in a summer house, in a vacation home or in an apartment. You can find an apartment here that will cost you only 10 Euro per person per day. In Romania you can even practice different kinds of sports depending on a season. Everything is possible here: you can either go to the seaside in summer or have an excellent ski vacation in one of the ski resorts of Romania.
There are many places of interest in Romania. You should visit the Bran Castle that is also prominent as the Dracula’s Castle. There are also many other ancient castles, monasteries and nunneries in Romania that are worth a visit. You shouldn’t also miss a trip around the wilderness of Romania. The Black Sea coast due to its shallow shore suits perfectly for a beach vacation for families with kids. The city of Sibiu is also worth a visit. The cultural capital of 2007 has a lot of ancient cultural monuments.
As for food in Romania, then you should know that not in every restaurant you will find the food you’d like to have. Besides, a lot of Romanian restaurants are given the same status as the restaurants. And if you do not like the Romanian cuisine, then it’s better to go to one of the Italian restaurants. There are many of the here and they serve really delicious food.
