Those interested in outdoor exercise will find three Nordic walking routes of varying difficulty in Grzybowo and Dźwirzyno, running along the beaches and through the coastal forest. The 55-kilometre Wokół Jeziora Resko route runs mostly through the Gmina Kołobrzeg and also enters the neighbouring Gmina Trzebiatów.
Architecture as another regional feature
The wider Kołobrzeg destination also offers a range of examples of architectural history. The hunting palace in Budzistowo was built in the eclectic style around the turn of the 20th century. Korzystno is home to a Neo-Gothic church dating from 1866; the complex also includes a former church cemetery established in the same year and surrounded by a distinctive brick wall. The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Karcino is also Neo-Gothic and dates from 1869. These regional examples complement Stramnica’s rural architectural heritage with further historical and architectural themes.
