During the hostilities, a wooden manor house in Janowice burned down in 1915. The surface varies: the Świdnik–Las Szpitalny section is a narrow, overgrown path; after that, the route runs mostly along quiet asphalt roads. The Janowice–Mełgiew–Nowy Krępiec section is an exception.
