The shoreline of the Bay of Kotor between Risan and Morinj also supports sea kayaking beneath the rock art cliffs of Lipci.
Location and Connections
Lipci is located on the main road along the northern shore of the Bay of Kotor. The village has a quay and a mooring facility for berthing and communal mooring of watercraft. The Kotor–Herceg Novi bus route stops in Risan; from there, it is about a 20-minute walk to Lipci along the bay's coastal road. A roundabout in Lipci connects northwards with Nikšić, Žabljak and Durmitor.
