Culture and History
The church site of Lapčići is locally known as Crkvena glavica and is associated with the foundations of an older sanctuary. The memorial plaque of Lapčići was placed under protection on 22 January 1963.
The Church of Saint Luke was chosen because tradition says that a church dedicated to Saint Luke once stood in this area. The foundations of the Church of the Holy Apostle Luke were consecrated in Lapčići.

Lapčići is described as being situated high above the sea, where mild coastal and mountain climates meet. The M-2.3 Podgorica–Cetinje–Budva main road includes the Brajići–Lapčići section.
