The Raginėnai hillfort is situated on a high elevation on the left bank of the Daugyvenė. Locally, it is known as “Raganų kalnas”, literally “Witch Mountain”.

Culture

The nearby Burbiškis Manor is a cultural heritage site of Neo-Romantic and Neo-Gothic architecture. It has a collection of 300 tulip species and forms.

The Daugyvenė Cultural-Historical Museum Reserve, established in 1991 in the Pakalniškių Eldership, comprises four departments: the Burbiškis Manor History Department, the Kleboniškiai Village Museum of Rural Life, the Šeduva Local History Department, and the Raginėnai Archaeological Complex.

There are 28 buildings in the village of Kleboniškiai; 18 of them belong to the Kleboniškiai Village Museum of Rural Life. Kleboniškiai is also home to a windmill built in 1884 that is still in operation.

On 11 March 2026, a hike to the Burbiškis Manor History Museum began in Pociūnai.

History

Pociūnai was first mentioned in 1686. During the Soviet occupation, Pociūnai was the central settlement of a state farm established in 1940. This state farm was the first of its kind in Lithuania.

The Pociūnai Cultural Centre is located at 19 Ąžuolų St. in Pociūnai. The Panevėžys–Šiauliai highway runs through Pociūnai.
