From 3 p.m., a procession of allegorical floats was scheduled, featuring the customary throwing of thousands of Easter eggs and several hundredweight of chocolate.

At the 2018 Festa Fava e Formaggio, the Pro Loco Cartoceto food stall offered Tacconi di fava, cheese, fresh broad beans, piadine, cured meats and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from Cartoceto. In the Cartoceto area, the first olive-oil DOP in the Marche, the DOP Cartoceto, was introduced in 2004. An olive oil and olive market has been held in the Cartoceto area since 1977.
