The Museo del Santuario di San Nicola is spread across eight rooms. It displays works of art and objets d’art from different periods, from the 4th or 5th century through the 20th century. The Teatro Vaccaj was completed in 1795 and opened on September 10, 1797, under the name Teatro dell’Aquila.
